Can anyone explain how to get a refund on myidtravel for a flight you either cancelled or didn't get on? I can't seem to figure it out and I can't find a phone number or email address to contact them. Thanks

Hmm, mine always says " an exception occurred " and I can't find bottom that says refund anywhere.I believe you can request it through the myidtravel website you used to book the ticket. I know I can through mine

Thank you for the great help.It has to be done in a certain order.
First, on the left side go to your "Flight List" and this will have your history of bookings. You will see the PNR (booking code reference), AND the ticket numbers. Write them both down.
Next, go to "Manage Bookings and Tickets". Note it says at the top "Retrieval" and two options shown: "Tickets" and "PNR" The default selection is "Tickets"
Click the "PNR"
Put in your booking reference and click "Retrieve PNR."
You now have to cancel the segment or segments you want, or cancel the entire PNR. Go ahead and cancel it.
Then you have to go back in the process, and do the same thing again, except this time under "Retrieval" you want to stay on the default "Tickets" page. Enter your ticket number and hit "Retrieve ticket"
Now you can click on the "refund segment" or "Refund All." Go ahead and refund it.
Once done, this will initiate the refund process from the carrier of issue. It typically takes a couple days, but you'll get your money back.
The bottom line is first the PNR has to be cancelled, then the tickets looked up by ticket number, and then refund the ticket.
Damn, still the same issue. Is there a time limit to do this? I can cancel flights in the future it seems but get this when I try to get a refund for a missed flight.

This, and try a different time, like wait until the morning or something, the site seems, at least for me, to struggle with timezones or something.Try switching to the desktop version. Their mobile site is wonky sometimes.

Hot damn, I rhymed!
Wait... being black doesn't mean you automatically have rap skills?
I read somewhere on the website that if you request a refund same day of the missed flight it gets messed up and has to be manually processed. I made that mistake, and I still have to sort out a $120 I lost on an Air France ZED several months back.
I didn't want to start a new thread about this so I'll just necropost; If you cancel the segments then they will automatically refund the ticket(s).

No kidding? I canceled the girls WN tickets and the refund was automatic and deposited 3 days later. This is not true for many airlines.
