so how was the boat ride down, and why did you take a boat ride on a ferry from AK to WA
The boat ride down was great. It is a long, but beautiful voyage. I decided to take the boat down so I could have four days to relax and study. I also didnt feel like driving on the Alaska Highway.
 
Surprisingly no. So far I have a better understanding of everything I am learning here than I have elsewhere. It all depends on your instructor.

And a lot on the individual student, although since it's a for-profit company failing people out has an adverse effect on the Bottom Line.

Great shots, man. I like Alaska, but California's got a certain something about it...
 
Holy crap man....

As someone who has moved around a ton, I've never quite understood the whole "being proud of where you're from" thing. But I think if I lived in Alaska I'd know. Beautiful shots!

Actually it doesn't except for word of mouth. To put it in their words "The refund policy is not your favor."
 
I know 3 guys that went to ATP and are now at the regionals, so they obviously learned enough.
