My Path Thus Far

Ok hear is my path to my dream career from since I am a child.

My name is Brian Alleyne. I am from the island of Barbados, live in the rural part of the island well not that rural like 10mins from the airport. I am currently at the status of Student Pilot with just a little under 8 TT (Yeah still a pup). I have been accepted to the Florida Institute of Technology. I would like to know if anyone here goes there currently or went in years past and how their programme is like. I am planning to do Aviation Management. Thanks.

I graduated from FIT in 1995. I was having a discussion with a fellow who I went to school with there last night (he's currently a pilot for GE).

We both commented on how unprepared we were for the real world as a result of our FIT education. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you earn your degree in some NON-AVIATION subject matter, and then fly on the side.

Ok, let the bashing begin.
