Chicago is!
I'm in Chicago, it's dark out and I'm wearing sunglasses. My flight from LAX was delayed an hour due to weather here. By the time i landed, got my rental car and to my friends house it was 11:30pm. But he was kind enough to have a Giordano's stuffed cheese pizza waiting for me. For all of you coming to the Chicago JC meet do NOT eat stuffed pizza right before going to bed. For lunch today I had a Portillo's Italian beef sandwich, hot dog and cheese fries. Drove to my dad's house in South Elgin, went to a place called Pasta Mia and I had a plate of cavatelli in a vodka cream sauce. It's midnight, everyone here is asleep, Im still on L.A. time, and my stomach is trying to figure out why I'm assaulting it with this food. I love California but man this is still home. Hope everyone is having a good weekend!
