Figures...the rank and file get asked to take a pay cut, but the top dogs get re-compensated for any that they make. At my carrier we voted no on an hours reduction, and one senior manager said it was “unfortunate” that we didn’t vote for it. Life goes on I suppose...just glad we do have a contract in place so that they can’t make changes whenever they feel like it.

We have a contract too, but tactics were employed that scared many to accept contract mutilation.
