I took a daytrip up to the Seattle area last Thursday to check out the Museum of Flight in Renton as well as downtown Seattle since I've never been before. When I got back my roommate mentioned he always wanted to tour the Boeing Everett Production line. So we went up on Sunday to take the tour.
I took a bunch of photos and thought I would share them with everybody. If you are into airplanes; the history behind aviation; Boeing heritage; I recommend checking it out sometime.

Museum of Flight
737 Winglet in honor of the Aviation Partners design team.
The original production facility. You'd be lucky to get a GE90 or two in there.
They have a great collection of WWI & WWII military aircraft there. Due to the lighting and my crappy point and shoot they didn't come out well.
Across the street is the outdoors display. That is where the Concorde, 747 prototype, former-Air Force One, AA 727 and a NASA 737 are parked.
After the museum I took the bus into Downtown Seattle.
The Original. Lots of Japanese girls getting their pictures taken inside.

We flew up and rented a car and drove up to Everett. It's a solid 30-40 minute drive north of Sea-Tac.
We arrived and got out of the car to see something turning downwind for the runway adjacent to the parking lot.
It was the freakin DreamLifter. It was very cool to see in person!
We also so a Cathay Pacific 777-300ER returning from a flight test.
Boeing does not allow any electronics on the factory tour so no pictures from that. I highly recommend checking it out. We got a tour of the 747 line. Though we were told the 787 line should be open for touring after the first of the year.
There is a museum here too. As well as a Boeing Company store. The museum is heavily focused on the 787.

Back at SEA...uh oh Velo...
Hope you enjoyed the photo tour.
