Another Murphy's law occurred....Venice plane is down and he's not getting paid for the extra day stay since they're paying him for his original 4 day trip. doh!

Even worse... no wireless and he's not impressed with the hotel.

He's in Venice...who cares what the hotel is like as long as there's a bed and a shower?

Hmmm, if I'm stuck in a foreign country because my employer can't fix my ride. I should be getting paid something!

Actually, I made some extra -- mea culpa, I didn't understand the contract correctly.

Hotel in VCE sucked, but good location. Cold and windy!

I'll save the 'big story' for the blog which I've got to get off my rump and update.

I'm still watching the ATL base for open trips to VIE, but that's a pretty senior trip it seems.
