Multi-engine instructor here!

MEI as initial CFI, have my double I add on and single add-on later this week. Then I leave the most poorly planned airport in the world (KVGT) to go back to Phoenix, pack up and move to Florida in search of a job. I'm really looking forward to working as a flight instructor.

From what I hear the initial CFI is the most difficult rating (checkride) to pass.:rawk:

you got that right! I had a FAA examiner that had over 30 years of experience and had type ratings from 737,757,767, and a couple more. The oral was composed of him telling me are you sure? Look up in the FAR on this page. He does all of this from memory. I was blown away I couldn't do anything from memory. Good luck.

Thanks everyone, it feels great to have the initial done. I lucked out and had a great examiner, got along well and talked about lots of other aviation stuff amongst the PTS requirements.
