I have a house in Minneapolis I am looking to rent out as a crash pad. It is a 4 bedroom/2 bath with 2 car garage. It is an older home, but has been recently remolded and is in great condition. The house has a new stainless steel refrigerator and stove and a washer and dryer in the basement. The house is located in the city of Minneapolis about 17 miles from the airport. Its about a 25 minute drive to the airport or about an hour ride by public transit via bus and light rail. Rent is $320/per month per person and you get your own room! Or you can share a room for $240/ per month. Lease terms are month to month or I will give a discount for a longer lease. I am posting this on Jan 27th. If I don’t find enough interest in the next few weeks I won’t be renting it out so act now!! If you’re interested send me a PM and we can discuss more details!
