Nope, that was most likely Snoopy-1 making their way to Charlotte, NC to cover a golf tournament up there.

Ahh, well it was a nice day, it went from him to a C-150 buzzing low level, to some aerobatic junkie practicing manuevers in something fast right off the coast. Snoopy should have stopped in for a bushel of oysters and kept heading north.
