Moving on to commercial training!

Recently, I decided to stop training at one of the big academy
and to continue to train at my local FBO. I have my instrument rating and about 107 hr.

At the academy the training was part 141 therefore I didn't have to do all of those xc hr. now the problem is that my FBO only offers part 61 training.

Does this mean I will have to fulfill all the requirement of part 61 to get my commercial?

Yes.

Well if this is the case I have some sirius hours to built this summer, luckly I have a friend of mine that offer me to rent his plane a 172RG for $55 dollars + fuel.

I'm in the northeast any suggestions on XC trips or airports that I can visit to built my hours.

Also it is realistic to think that I will be able to built about 150 hr in about 3 1/2 months or am I just day dreaming?

Maybe, but probably not. It really depends on your time and money. You'd have to fly almost 50 hours a month to achieve that.

To give you some perspective, I've flown just over 150 hrs. this year so far, and I fly for a living!

I have another option I can stick around at my current school and I will provably get my commercial in about 50 to 60 hrs.
and then get my CFI somewhere else, I looked at the FAR/AIM and there is no minimun hours to get a CFI rating all I need is a commercial.
