If I want to be a CFI what writtens do I need to take besides FIA and FOI? Ground instructor?

For the basic Flight Instructor (CFI-ASEL, AMEL, ASES, AMES) you need only to take the Fundamentals of Instruction and the "Flight Instructor" written.

You do not need any kind of seperate ground instructor certificate as those privileges are included in the flight instructor certificate.
