I've come to learn that any company hiring like that and no obvious sign of growth or attrition is a bad thing. Starcheckers know the deal, and it looks like Eagle. I would be curious in the world of aviation history how often this happens and if it's a sign to keep your distance.Sucks even more because Eagle was hiring like gangbusters not too long ago, which seemed to be a good sign of things.

Happens in freight as well with UPS and DHL. At least when the economy tanks freight doesn't get hit quite as hard.
