Bombardier is hiring. Just saw this posted here in the "Dispatch Jobs" section...if I am reading the posting right you don't have to be a Canadian citizen to apply (and there is no Canadian DX license requirement either.) Montreal is a very cool town, although I imagine they have some rough winters there.

Flight Dispatch for an OEM is not like a typical Dispatch job. There's a lot less flight planning, and a lot more logistics work. But the pay is considerably more than any regional, and the work schedule is much better too; at least in my experience. I've worked for two OEMs.
