Oh, and anyone who hasn't figured out the 'search' feature of this forum, this is a golden opportunity to flog the dust where the horse used to be before it was flogged to dust.
 
I really don't see anything wrong with it. It's just a DIFFERENT and much quicker way to reach the goal! I believe places like Gulfstream offer people a great opportunity.

I've always preferred the term PFJ (Pay For Job vs. Pay For Training) as I feel it makes more sense. Don't we all pay for training?
