MOAB at Azul

I’m perhaps saying this a day early, but I have hope that it is temporary for as many as possible. I know I’m a very junior rookie here but I do find some things to be hopeful about and I do think we will need to hire.
 
I'm game.

For those of you playing the home version....lots of secondary and third-order effect churn on the FO side. I slid 23% in seniority in my aircraft and seat, which is about what I expected, honestly, so at the moment it's looking like I'm going back to reserve.

There's some other moving parts here....we have an annual bid in August, and the latest rumot I got was that another supplemental was going to happen, as well as another base opening in the fall. All this to say I may recover some of that seniority. Who knows? It's all a dice roll lately....

Sorry, not up to speed. What caused all of this? Just a realignment?

Good news is I keep my seat.

Bad news is my current seat - JFK220FO and SJU320 FO are the only things I CAN hold.

EDIT - can hold JFK320 FO but do not want that. Would be on reserve the rest of my life, possibly.

I thought maybe I’d have an option on BOS220FO but nope.

At least I should be able to keep a line until the fall.

I know of a guy that was opening up a SJU pad if you need it.

The bid was run and closed. They had 3 weeks to publish results with training dates etc. About a week after it closed they published every seat/base combo and the Jr Pilot seniority # in it. That gave a rough idea where things stood...

In all the time in Paris I never darkened the door of the place. One of my classmates was like "let's meet there" and that was met with "I'mma do Black Guy Stuff(tm)."

You are free to use the term, I’ve had it cleared! :)

I do miss my Macis et Muscade that was near the other layover hotel. Crack a nice glass of wine or a Belgian beer and just sit in silent judgment of passers-by.

I have an “undisclosed location” in Buckhead which I similarly restrict to cool peeps only.
