Mission Impossible: Fallout

I finally got around to watching Tom Cruise as he does some of that pilot...stuff...in an AStar. Well, you know it’s all fake because the dang thing crashed, like, three times before of finally quit moving, and it NEVER blew up!

I'm seriously dating myself, but I was a fan of the original TV series. I watched the first Cruise MI and was horrified they made Jim Phelps into a traitor. Never saw one again.

Always thought it was amusing they used the same actor that played Jim Phelps in the original MI TV series as the captain in Airplane. "So, Joey, do you like movies about gladiators?"

I am not a big fan of the MI movies myself since they seem less about having a well-trained team achieving the impossible, and more about performing stunts that make Tom Cruise's character look cool.
