Military - Medical Discharge

I have back problems that are getting me medically discharged out of the military. Will being on temporary disability, but then getting off, disqualify me or hinder me getting hired? (assuming the problem is fixed, but I tell them I used to have it anyway?) Or should I just non-disclose because it is no longer an issue.

If the problem has resolved, it should not be an issue. You need to disclose you had the back issue - but if resolved, should not hinder a medical. The military dq's folks for things that civilian's would otherwise qualify with...
