Emu, I'm not sure if you're still in touch with your Kent Island people, but do you know if the Crab Shack is open yet this year? Flying to W29 for seafood is always a fun trip.

Are you talking about the crab shack just north of the airport? I'm back in MD right now visiting the parents so next time I drive by there (should probably be tomorrow) I'll stop by and figure it out. I love that airport, lots of fun.

I used to instruct out of w29, back when God was a child. Is the airport manager still a total •? Do they still have the fifteen mile nonstandard pattern to keep all the rich folks happy? Does the guy with the black playboy bunny MU-2 still come in and throw it in reverse to park? I blame that guy for my career path. The sandwich depot just s of the field ain't bad either (if it's still there).

oh really? and a degree in airport operations/airline management is soo much better. What's an IT, history, or management degree after 10 years?

"pro flight" degree isn't the smartest but I'd rather get that degree then be miserable throughout college studying management or logistics.

Liberal Arts degree. . .
