Metric to Imperial

Hi, my question is for pilots that fly to countries where the metric system is used: how do you convert to imperial quickly and acuarate while flying?
Do you have convertion tables with precalculated values for quick reference?

I personaly use the aluminium ea6b or something called like that. It allows you do all sort of conversions fast and accurate, compute drift angle, find head-wind and x-wind components, true alt, etc...
really easy to use when you get to know it, and never needs batteries...

For converting metric altitudes? I didn't know it could do that....

Ok, you are right, that doesn't work for that... I thought he was talking about distances, weights,...
