Would anyone kindly explain the bold section of this METAR please?

KBED 151456Z 21008KT 10SM OVC014 16/12 A2945 RMK AO2 SLP984 T01560122 58012

I know this is a question for my CFI, but there are CFI's on here, aren't there?!

No flying for me today.....:(

Remarks Precipitation Discriminator Sea Level Pressure 998.4 (Hectopascals) Temp. 15.6, Dewpoint 12.2 Pressure Tendency in the last three hours has done something that I can't quite figure out. Go to 7-1-12 in the AIM...

0= positive (a 1 would indicate negative temps)
156= temp in tens/ones/tenths (ie 15.6 degrees)

0156= positive 15.6 degrees (temp)

dew point is same 0122= positive 12.2 degrees

p.s. most of this stuff isn't in the AIM...there are a lot of good resources on the net (sorry don't have a ref for you)
