Any idea on which new domiciles they will open up in the future? Also, they are not a scab airline, right?

Mesaba? No, they're not even close to being scabs. As far as new domiciles, I'd say....none. They're owned by NWA now, so my guess is MSP, DTW and MEM, same ones they've had for a LOOOOOONG time. MAYBE IND depending on what mainline wants to do. An IND base has been rumored here at PCL for a while, so I have no doubt that with the CRJs, the rumor will abound at Mesaba as well.
