I have been out of the country for a number of years now, what happened to Mesaba? Did they get absorbed by someone else?

67 years of safe flight, I was glad to be a part of it and glad it ends with a clean record. It was a pleasure.

I heard a Mesaba 900 call themselves "Flagship" today. Has that switch already occurred?

I've also seen Pinnacle slapping the Pinnacle logo over the Mesaba logo. Looks kind of tacky, the Pinnacle logo doesn't fully cover Mesaba. You still see "aba Airliens" or something like that sticking out the side of the logo. I'm guessing that's probably about 5% of the sticker that was cut out.

Buddy of mine started a trip today in DTW. Besides the callsign change, he said everyone got new badges as well. I'm shocked they had them out on time.

LOL. rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrright. Our DO did let us know there was a delay on the uniforms and it was all the pilots fault.
