What's the chance for a newhire to hold Memphis and how long could one expect to be on reserve?

mem is almost guaranteed....its a very junior base. (unless you get the CRJ-200 which is only based in MSP)

as far as time on reserve....there is no real set time. It all depends on how attrition goes, which seems to be nearly nonexistent at mesaba vs others that I have heard, and if our fleet grows at all.

But with that said, with mem being our most junior base...you'd probably have a better chance at a line than if you wanted dtw or msp.
