The point? You judging them. Saying GOOD for voting no on a TA that is nothing but their problem and their families to worry about.

What if voting yes was what was best for their families? Would you still be as judgemental and entitled as you are to say VOTE NO?

How was I being self righteous? It's a public forum. Hence why I can comment on any thread I choose. It's not like I dropped by their union forum and started espousing my opinion. And I never said you didn't have any business here? I'm just wondering why your coming off like a jerk towards me? And you "had to call me out" on what exactly? Well, your right. I did what was best for me and my family. How am I wrong for that? PSA was the only airline that offered me a 1 leg easy commute since I'm not in a position to move. And the SAP was supposed to be able to afford me good QOL, however that is essentially broken right now.

And if the vote had passed, it wouldn't have been concessionary so good for them either way. I just think they can do better for themselves as I hope we all can right now. And just so you know, I have talked with way more pilots from PSA that are going to vote no to our new TA than those who are for it. We are a completely different pilot group than we were 3 years ago. So no, I don't see the hypocrisy in my words at all. You can't paint every pilot with a broad brush.

Sure Mesa can still fill classes but from my experience here that doesn't necessarily mean top quality candidates with 100% pass rates through training. I'm too young to vote, but glad NO was the final outcome. There's so much more that can be gained that doesn't empty or touch the supposed "pot of gold."

I found it's just easier when you're working with people twice your age to learn the jargon they are used to using instead of forcing new stuff on them.
