It is very doable if you are symptom free. You need to submit all pertinent medical records, current neurologic report, name and dosage of
medication(s) and side effects to the FAA for their consideration. NOTE: If you do not have a current medical pon file, you will need to get one even if it is deferred - the FAA will not review files without an application on file.

How long must one be stable until it will be approved?
I understand that if you have another episode, once approved, then you "start all over" i.e. you medical is not valid, and you have to get stable again, then new approval. Is this correct?
Finally, is this something you have come across before? Were the results good?

I don't have a number on how long you must be stable. I would think it would have to be a year at least though.
Yes. if the symptoms recur, you start over.
We see this and many other issues on a regular basis. The problem with Meniere's is that it is not as predictable as some other diseases. They will probably ask the ENT or Neurology consultant for some guidance and for chart review before making a decision.
