MEI Training

Much has changed from 2.5 years ago, heck we have been through three new manuals this year alone, every week something else is changing!
 
anyone have access to the latest version online? i just checked EZ and it isn't working right now. I check my manual dated 08/2008 and it says you have to take the 2nd block plus ground school to teach Multi at UND. i don't see why they would change that as they are so fat on MEI's right now. section 5.4
