275HP Lawnmower
A few friends I know have taken their ATP recently, but all in jet/turboprop. I'm getting ready to take mine next month, in a Seneca. Some rumors have it rides are a little different in pistons, ie they look at you harder. Anyone had similar/opposite thoughts or experience?
Ride will be out of Boise, dpe is Arlyn Miller. Last time I did a checkride was a couple years ago, so I'm all out of the "groove". Started reading the PTS, seems ok so far. Haven't been able to find a PDF of the oral, so looks like ill have to go buy one. But again, I've been told its not worth it really, as its mostly systems, and that book is not AC specific.
So, anyone got anything? The short of it is fine, I'm just trying to gauge what to really expect. I think there are at least a couple JCers from the NW here
