MD-11 bank angle warning question

Fast forward to 3:40, there is a comically hard landing("Yes...yes...NO!), but then as the plane slams into the ground, the bank angle alert goes off a few times with the mains planted on the runway. What would cause this, crazy wing wiggle/flex?

Bank angle is activated at a body angle of over 30 degrees so they must have hit that momentarily.

Bejebus. Did he experience some sort of downdraft or sheer that forced the plane down so hard, which
created the bounce and then in trying to correct, caused the wing over tilt? Not pretty.

No, looks more like he let the autothrottles retard to idle while maneuvering to align with the runway there.
