So, which runs are they taking over? Encore, Alpine? Doesn't Ameriflight do some UPS stuff out in the Dakotas as well?

It's UPS. They probably decided 12 companies fighting tooth and nail for table scraps wasn't "competitive" enough.
They sure do have the reputation that they'll switch companies at any moment if they get a bid that's a penny less.
