Management compensation is worse than pilots?

Beep, if you are familiar with the FAA/DOT approval process then you know there is a lot of down time. Clearly the DO is a key member of the operational team and an invaluable asset. The 1-2 hours is the minimum the person would have to put in at this phase, based on a weekly call schedule between all team members. Clearly if the DO, or other team member, wants to be more involved and put in more hours... that involvement is going to be welcomed.

We seem to be losing sight of the fact that this is a a public forum and that there is somehow an expectation that i discuss my business plan and operating procedures on it?? not going to happen. IF ANYONE IS SERIOUSLY INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION/VENTURE, PLEASE CONTACT ME.
