Making the dreaded lateral. Ive spent the past 2 years at Air Wisconsin but I start class next month at CommutAir.

Super tough decision but I believe it's the best move for me and my family.

When I resigned from my last position, I didn't have a job. I found one that paid $20k less and it was STILL the right decision for my family!!

If it's better for your family, you made a move UP!!

Thank you for that. It is the right move as it provides a more defined future than I currently have.

That's part of it. My current shop has also parked an airplane with more to come and no plan to replace them.
