I have been dispatching for a while now and know of numerous openings just by searching for them, but I was curious how major airlines hire? I have never seen United, American, Delta, US Air, or Continental post on their websites. I assume its all internal, but just curious. I am not looking, I am more then content in my gig, but simply curious.

I got hired by one of the carriers you mentioned after they posted the opening on their web site. Also I know Southwest recently had a posting on their web site as well. You just have to keep an eye out.
