You don't even know. My friends computer busted and he's really angry at the thing right now. I just ordered all his new parts, and when they get here we're going to beat the crap outta his old box in slow motion with thug music in the background ala Office Space. I'll make sure to grab one of the Indian dudes I know from work to come take part in it so that it can be authentic...

Your avatar is actually pretty big (430 × 618); and the maxium size is 180 × 180. To fix it you could use a photo editor to crop it slightly and adjust the size so that the height is no more than 180 pixels.
