Lurkers going down!

Well, I only log in when I post something so 90% of the time I am listed as a lurker rather than a JCer.
 
I don't get the point of lurking. Why not just take 5 minutes and join? You get the privilege of the lavatory forum and get to reply to posts.

Well I'll be. On JC a couple of hrs and running into someone with two things in common, airplanes and mortgages and to be just up the road no less.

I work for MetAmerica formerly First Fidelity. Thinking about jumping ship and going to Encore as an AE. What about you? A NoVa cat, eh? We might have to go buzz Tangier or something sometime. Who are you workin for?

me too! i currently work for southern star mortgage as an LO jumping ship to go work for jetblue i start training on monday i was supposed to start with them awhile back but there was some problem with my background check that i had to wait till the next time they were hiring so say hello to jetblues newest customer service agent/ramp rat...
im sure ill have a million q's about nonrevving and what those little passes they gave me for the other airlines mean
as far as the mortgage industry goes. its great i made a lot of money putting people into ARM's with cash out last year then they call me up all nervous this year that they need a fixed... convince them to take some cash charge em a bunch of points and bam.. wheres that 172.

I am at a closing right now! Thats right guys, I am at the closing attorney's office right now waiting for them to prep the package and reading the jc forums.

I was just notified I was in section 32 on this loan so for all of you who understands that, I am maxing them points out /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

A 172 is nice but boy I liked that 310, yes liked. The annual kicked me in the shorts!!! I need a guy to go into a partnership with me so I can get another bird.
