GLENDALE, Ariz. — Authorities say two men were shot by security officers after they drove a stolen car through a gate at an Air Force base outside Phoenix during a police chase.
Officials say one of the men died and the other was wounded.
The crash occurred at the entrance to Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, outside Phoenix. The base trains pilots to fly F-16s

Last week a GI ( I think) drove prolly 45 miles South on I-35 and 20 more miles west on Hwy 190 and managed to get on the base even after running across tire strips.
Now the Dummy went from State Charges for fleeing @ 120mph ( or whatever it was) to Federal Charges for ramming thru the Ft Hood entrance w/o security authority

Being dumb enough to jump on the hood so you can get in FRONT of a moving car+ Baggy pants=Very low chance of evading police on foot.
