I believe they had an NDB and ILS down there when I instructed in 07. Unpublished of course, but someone found it and we'd shoot it occasionally when it was empty.
I know they had an ILS. When I was training down in Tucson, the chief pilot of the school was a former Lufthansa instructor and had the approach plate for the Lufthansa private strip.
