Low timers: How are you currently building hours?

I called 2 skydiving clubs in my area (found them on http://www.uspa.org) and both places told me when they rent the plane, they have a pilot that comes with the plane. So I guess it's harder to find a skydiving drop job....thought they hire regular low time guys.
