Lost my log book!

Man Max, that's pretty crappy. Do you have any of your previous medical applications?

You'll have to go down to the local FSDO and sort it out. Are you planning on switching careers?

Who knows exactly. But honestly entertaining the idea, but I have to wait two years until I'm done with my BA, either way. Then we will see where things are in the industry.

Sorry to hear that happened to you. If any of y'all is interested, I have an excel worksheet that is basically a page by page logbook of a standard Jeppesen logbook (the small one). It has the same number of rows for every page, plus it does all the sums. I use that as my backup for my paper logbooks in case anything happens. I know this is somehing you could do on your own, but , again, it helps out in situations like this.

Take care

Yeah man... after I lost $5k, my mom was understandably upset. So she put the kibosh on further flight training, since she was financing it. She had agreed later to co-sign for a Salle Mae, Key Bank or Wachovia loan to big pilot mill USA. But by the time I was ready, it was 2007, and the bottom fell out of the economy. And those banks (temporarily) stopped doing those loans. So I just kinda gave up. I like to think that had my flight school not robbed me of money, I would have completed my training, and eventually got hired by a regional. Hell--I could probably be announcing right about now, in the Member Announcement forum, that I got hired by a major.

Kinda still stings... a lot.
