Looking to Move on from CFI

Hey everyone Looking to see if I can get a better job than being a CFI. I currently live in SoCal and have 1700TT and 400Multi I meet all APT mins and looking for a more stable job in soca? any leads?
 
You and the other 6300 pilots on the street plus 500 more NJA coming in January. Sorry, man this sucks.
 
you'll probably have to be willing to leave SoCal. Even the aerial imaging gig I am on, I am the lowest time pilot with just shy of 700 hours. Everyone else has close to ATP mins or more. It's rough out there. There are jobs out there but the people that are getting them are those that are willing to uproot themselves at a moments notice, and a lot of us can't play that game unfortunately.

Better rebound soon. My wife is ready for me to quit my job and find one that pays like a real job. Another 6 months or so and I should have 135 mins but I don't know if we can go another 6 months.

Things better turn around soon, or I'm spent.

you're probably going to be severely limited if you're looking just in socal!!!!!!!
