Looking for thoughts on SKYWEST

Sorry if this has been covered in the past I must not have seen it. I am located in the midwest and just looking at the hopefully near future on what direction I want to take. Just looking for suggestions from the people that might work for Skywest and see what their experience was whn then interviewed such as times and choice of hubs (I think they just have SLC and DEN but not for sure). Any other info would be greatly appreciated.

SKYW is one of the strongest companies out there. They are financially stable and are progressing in the airline industry. Their payscale is what most regionals out to be. It isnt as much as we'd want but it is not bad. They are a great company to work for. Thumbs up.
