Life Style? days off? and mainly upgrade times. How hard is to get BIL as a base when the company is expanding on the East Coast? How hard is it to upgrade in BIL?

Not sure about upgrade out west, but they're hiring street captains for the east coast bases. I would think when you have the ATP mins you could upgrade.
 
Thanks for the info. I will have to commute from Seattle. I am not sure twice daily BOS-SEA works out as they are full most of the time..
PS: I do have ATP mins
 
There is a little more info on the "other" website. I was offered an interview for a street captain position and I turned it down after doing some research. Lots of people leave BigSky to be FO's at other companies instead of taking the upgrade.
