Go ahead and erase it, I have learned quite a bit. I did this to gather information, and information I did gather. There has been a lot of information in here. As of next week I will be contacting flight schools for further research, but my initial contact was with a flight school, and that is where I received my initial information. Unless there is anything else someone can think of for me to look further into or to consider when doing my research, just stop replying and maybe the topic will go away.
In general I was hopeing someone could give me a good idea of step by step, what each step would be, and maybe a little insight as to which steps may present a little more challenge than others or just some words of wisdom and insight as to what lies ahead.

Well, you need to find a school that can handle your needs. FSI and Pan Am can get you through all the ratings in a fairly timely manner and both have business jet training centers that can help get you ready for the jet when the time comes. You have and ENORMOUS learning curve ahead of you. I think the consensus here is that you and your "employer" really need to be fully informed on what you are getting yourself into, and set your expectations accordingly. It will most definitely take you more than 6 months to get the time you need. I finished an accelerated program in 13 months, and came out with about 300TT/90ME, and that was flying just about everyday, sometimes two times per day.
When it comes to schools, you might want to start your search in the fair weather states, FL/AZ/ as you will get the most available flight days, (due to weather). However, you may come up short on the available IFR time (catch-22).
Figure out your timeline, and when you plan on getting started. Your biggest challenge is going to be filling in the gap between the time you log from completing your ratings, and the time an insurance company is going to require inorder to insure the plane. Unless you employer is weathly enough to self-insure. When you are done, you might look to Skymates as a means to load up on lots of multi-time very quick.
Anyway, I hope it all works out for you, and the advice you have received from this thread has shed some light on the path you want to take.
