I really don't know for sure. It just seems their HR is looking for the right person instead of astronaut qualifications.

I'm currently sitting at 270 hours with some sic turbine time experience. Feels like a long shot but it won't hurt to throw a resume their way.

When do you start flying? I'm based in long beach but I don't have my tail wheel endorsement. I would get the endorsement if it's a for sure gig

I don't know, I'm sure that it helps A LOT to have the endorsement. Best way to find out would be to contact them.
