Looking for a working, great shape AATD Simulator.

Prefer a smaller size, non motion, used, at a great price!

If you just got Prepar3d 2.2 and the saitek yoke, panels, etc you would have one which is great for IFR training and a fraction of the cost of buying something like what I think your looking for...
