Long Beach Flying School And Flight Academy

Hi People,

Does any one know how good is Long Beach Flight Academy situated in Long Beach, California? I have shortlisted this school for my CPL training. It would be awesome if you can share some thoughts on this.
 
Don’t know about the school but LGB is pretty busy airport. I fly in and out of there several times a month. Several fix-wing/helicopter schools do training there. Lot’s of G.A. A/C and multiple 135/121 operations. 5 Runways and they all cross each other and when the winds are calm they use all of them. Multiple tower frequencies for arrivals and departures. To top it off LGB is one of the most monitored for noise abatement in the country. If you plan on training and never flown out of there brush up on your communications and situational awareness skills and you will do fine.

I disagree KB... there are a couple of guys who know everything about flight schools lurking the ABA threads. As much as his post looks to be in error, he probably figured he could get some valuable info on here!! ;)
