LogTen Pro alternative on W8 and WP8?

Time to do some shopping and get a new computer, tablet and phone but before becoming an Apple user I'd like to ask whether there is any good alternative to LogTen Pro available on Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 (better than Android IMHO) that is comparable to LogTen Pro in terms of features?
I know mccPILOTLOG (http://www.mccpilotlog.net) which is quite popular here in Europe but how does it compare to LogTen Pro?
