Spot on, we got an LOA for it, we weren't certificated.

Not really whats been explained....

Something more realistic of why you can have 2 crew in the caravan would be a possible reduced takeoff visibility (opspecs approved of course) as low as 600RVR. You couldn't do that single pilot.
