LogBook Pens

Since I know so many of us are so particular about it...
Lets hear it, what do you guys use for the logbooks? Ballpoint? Fountain? Quill?

I'm going with the uni-ball 207 Micro :rawk:

How many people have used Blue pens before?:panic:

Pilot G-2 05 Fine point. Black.

I have switched to the blue pen for making notes on releases and what not. Stands out a lot nicer when I circle various items and such.

I am with Bob on the G-2! Still use black for ol' logbook though :)

I used to use a pencil, but it didn't stand out enough for my taste, so I switched to a purple crayon.

When I was 16 and just starting to fly I used whatever happened to be lying on the table at the old flight school. Blue marker, red pen, etc :D

Fo' shizzle? Thats cool! :)

But if you are pro-pilot bound, one color neatly done is preferred by the hiring gods :)

If I were to be airline bound, which I am not, it seems like they are hiring anyone that can pass an interview. They can't afford to have much preference at this point.

black ball point pen always here for the official flight logs. i use pencil for the totals columns at the bottom. that way if i make a systematic totaling error, it's easy to correct. the actual flights are the real 'logs' for flights anyway for those who worry about the use of a pencil not being considered 'official'.

LOL! I figured that might be the case :)

They hired my sorry a$$ awhile back even with my varied colorful scribbles...err entries...and one even saying, "nearly hit hawk!!" :D
