I looking at joining a reserve C-17 unit as a loadmaster.I was wondering how liked it and would you recomend it.Thanks

Check out www.loadmasters.com , they have a yahoo message board and try a search, I know there have been similar questions asked on it.

What unit are you looking at? Charleston, McChord? you might look at www.baseops.net and there is a board there with lots of Guard/Reserve job listings and P.O.C. info as well.
